How long have you been on the server: 199 Hours, nearing 200.

Why do you think you qualify?: I feel as though I can assist with general server upkeep, enforcing rules are doing that has to be done. I've plenty of experience with positions of authority within gaming communities and servers, as well as extensive knowledge of ULX and many other moderating applications the server may move to. I've come to be known as a regular now, I have friends here and I want to see the server strive and grow as it already does each passing day. The admin team is friendly, helpful and willing to do anything to enhance player experience, I feel as though I have the same traits to want to help new players, be it introducing, explaining rules, server mechanics, how to be effective in the combat side of things, anything.

In addition to this, I feel as though what I do in my day to day life can help me form to be a better operator within the server. I am in post secondary within a Police Cadet program, within a 1 1/2 years I will be a constable with the local PD. Much of the training we go through revolves around how to spot people who would cause trouble, how to defuse situations where people are angry and more. My current job within the Armed Forces also touches on this, which I feel adds to how I can give back to the server in the position of an Operator.

In short, I think that after 200 hours, I am knowledgeable with server rules and regulations to assist in server upkeep, help new players in a more direct way and regulate rules.

I have a bit of a background in admining Gmod servers, below is a list of what I've done.

• Almost 200 server hours logged, with over 4,600 hours in Gmod.

That was a while back, I wasn't aware of what positions one could apply for, nor was the official format for applications up.

This is more of a refined application as I know exactly what I'm applying for and my name is a bit more out there after 200 hours.

My only concern is the same as last time and the same I had with Pyron and Nigerian and GSR.

As much as your kill streak matters to you, you have to understand your duties as staff are more important than your own personal gaming experience

A LONG LONG LONG time ago when I was sorta new i've seen 1 or 2 staff members (Can't remember their name) rage when they died so they nocliped to get right back into battle. I'm pretty sure they were stripped of everything and banned for some time...But really with amsterdam, c18 and the new c-something map, you can get there just as fast running. I also like to remember that this is just a game and that I can just get thoes weapons, foods, gems and accessories back easy and soon. Thats why I practice and use the cheap weapons 99.99% of the time so just in case I have no weapons to use.

I understand where you're coming from completely, both you and Robo. I know I do mainly play for the Combat aspect, but that's why I joined the server in the first place, the fact that TDM weighed a slightly heavier part in gameplay is what enticed me originally. But that is not to say I don't always enjoy playing as a Gundealer, citizen or other RP jobs simply to enjoy the atmosphere.

I feel as though I can balance my gameplay along with administrative duties.

I never get so engaged into the game that I actually get mad, I've seen players who do and I am glad to say that I am not akin to them. I play for the fun of it all, the friends I make when I play and I want to be able to give back to the server in the way of maintaining an overall fun atmosphere.

I guess it couldn't hurt to give it a shot
