More Ranks/Rank Titles

I feel there should be more ranks. Like when you first start guest. Then get member at like 20hrs or something. Then eventually other things for more hours, and also titles in chat. So like In chat it would say member or admin or something of the sort in front of your name. Thank you for your time

I know there was a plugin for that, but I think it only worked with ULib chat, and I dunno, I forget.

It might be good for teams to help choose a leader, some teams follow a newbie and it all goes to hell because of bad decisions made by a player unfamiliar with the map or server.

Usually that's what the Armored Unit and Big Cheese are for

Thats the thing, armored unit and cheese look so overpowered so newbies go as fast as they can trying to get the job.
I go as +Marine or +Stealth unit because I am best at these classes. (Or swat. I'm not too bad with swat)
And ~Terrorist or ~Thief (For stealing from civis and mugging cops >:3)

K well I increased the time required for like Titan and zombies and other jobs that cause problems like that.
