mr:man admin request

hi my name is myles im 14 and im here because i think i could be admin for this server anyway this happens to most player you know how your on the server at lets say 11:00 you just got rdmed now what your going to get a admin but no admins are on i have seen this happen before and i wonder how could i help? because if i was a admin well late/early admin i could help because people are always like "@admin example rdmed me"
