New Gamemode

I was playing with Gmoney and he was Mayor, and we did some pretty intense headquarters like gameplay. We had a base up in the mayors office and we kept on defending it and it really felt like a whole new gamemode. So what about a HQ like gamemode where there's a certain spot with a support beacon and one team has to hold it for a certain amount of time and it can be stolen by the other team. It can heal you and I believe it would support more teamwork and make basing more fun. When one team holds it for the time limit, that team could get some sort of reward (this could be like an event). Idk just a cool idea I'd like to see.

I remember i'd always base as or with the mayor and we'd tried to fend off the criminals from coming in. It was quite interesting as the criminals slowly learned to come in bigger groups and use a bit of strats to come through.

I think this would be a great idea for an event. This doesn't necessarily have to be made by bob. Admins can do this on C18 and other maps.

I absolutely love doing this with all of you. Its SO intense and fun to stop the crims from raiding. It actually involves strategy and team work in order to pull off successfully. If this game mode was added I would literally shit bricks through my dick. It would even be cool if it was like a special event and the winning team gets the gems. Just like the bank.

Simply put, a Support Beacon EVENT, like the Ruby Guardian. YES.

Besides easy to hold spots, like the Mayor's office, what if they occasionally were in more random places, places you didn't expect to hold; middle of plaza, the Souvenirs house near MT, middle of alley near BA, etc.?

There can be a timer for both teams; when your team has it, your timer goes down. When you get kicked off, their timer goes down. First one to be on it for the time amount wins.

Another idea; what if it's an attack/defend thing? Where if one team holds out, they win; if the other team destroys the beacon, THEY win?

Basically it would go like this:

Cops defend.
Crims attack.

Cops are put in a set location (You never really know)
And there is a support beacon placed. Criminals have 10-15(?) minutes to destroy the beacon.
Cops get time to build a base or fort.
Fatman is not allowed.
Punching the props is not allowed (Because c'mon, that makes it too easy).

I'll check with bob and see if he likes the idea.

when you say it like this it seems like a one sided thing like only cops can defend and crims can attack.
