I already posted this on the video but incase you don't see it;

The reason why most of us are staff, bob, is because we think the community will go a long way. We put our effort and support into the server. Us taking care of the server and solving problems is another word for thanks for even having the server up. We love the server and we wanna show our dedication to it too. We want to go on the server so we can slap a smile on our face and have some fun.

It's all why we are staff, it's not because so we can have more fun, it's to help the server, cut you some slack, and keep it from all your hard work being for nothing.

Keep up the good work bob. We all appreciate what you've been doing for us for these past years.
