Message for our admins.

Please chill out with the map votes. Map votes should only be done when we are on the map for at least 4+ hours. You shouldn't be doing map votes at your pleasure, but when other asks (Atleast 3 people.) The only exceptions are if we are on double gem maps, combat arenas, or really small maps.
