Staff Meeting 6/13/2014

For those of you who happened to miss the meeting this Friday, I will give a quick recap of what we discussed and what you missed, so you are not
in the dark about what goes on.

- Treat each other better.
What we mean by this is, all the kicking and physgun grabbing and toying with staff members lower rank or same rank as you. Not everyone finds it funny
when they are picked up and tossed everywhere, or when they are ragdolled for no reason or kicked and what not. If you find it annyoing, then most likely
a lot of other people will. Just because you are a higher rank, doesn't mean everyone below you is your new play thing.

- Harassing Bob
What we mean by this is, when Bob joins the server and then everyone crowds around him, screaming his name 20 times for stuff, or to buy their trades, or
to trade for guns and what not. Hes a human just like the rest of us, he gets annoyed, angry, and just wants to join and have fun and relax and just fuck around
without being swamped by the whole server. So if Bob joins and starts testing out a new gun, or he just wants to play, leave him alone. If you need something
taken care of, come see one of the Super Admins if its that bad. If hes afk, do not kill him. If you are told to leave him alone, and do not, you will be kicked, and
if you come back and keep doing so, then we will unfortunately have to do more. Respect him, and stop being annoying as hell to him.

- Staff and Calls
What this basically was about, was how staff handles calls for help, when someone needs you. Basically, if a staff member has gone to take care of a problem, don't
you (another staff member), show up and start talking over him, and overriding what hes saying, or adding your 2 cents. It just makes the problem that much worse
and harder and much longer to take care of and get resolved. Respect each other and let them handle whatever call the person is doing. Only time someone else needs
to show up to a call that is being handled, is if the person handling it asks for it, or the persons involved in the call wants a higher up to come to you.

- Niz and His Test
Niz (one of our Super Admins for those who aren't aware) is going to be doing a staff test to see if those people are still able to keep their position and what not. So if Niz
pulls you aside one day and wants to test you one rules and other stuff, don't be surprised.

And thats all that was discussed in a nutshell, and that I can remember. So apparently I will be doing this every meeting for those of you that miss it. So you're welcome.
