How long have you been on the server: 221 Hours and counting (221+ a few more hours (Arround 30-40ish from the temp server))

Why do you think you qualify?: After all these hours on this server, I feel that I want to contribute to it, and help to protect the fun of the other players on the server, I have 221+ Hours behind my back and previous administrator experience from different games. Lastly, honestly, I just want everyone to have a fun time on the server, this server has given me a great deal of fun and stress relief that, I think that it's time to give back.

Also on a side note, I just give guns to people to let them know how the inventory system works, I was around 50 or so hours, when I finally learned about it, and it helps a lot.

I just mean he'll drop a basic gun for ya if you need it. You know, being a decent and caring human being, not dropping a vaporizer for votes.
And I'm sorry I didn't put on a fuller analysis of what he does. Also, doesn't screw around with people. And yeah, he's trust worthy in my eyes. Is it enough for the next level? Well, that's out of my hands to decide.
