some forum and server ideas

I am on my phone and was wondering if I could help or have a group of people on the forums could put a section with accpected and denied people and delete or put in the trash posts such as multiple posts in the Applications that are the same and then make a post filled with sections that say who's what such as operators and there steam I'd and tell if the operator or such what is online so if there's trouble someone can pm him and ask for help for rdmers and it would show ranks. And we can put players of the month and there could be a top 10 most hours on game to encourage people to play more and do a weekly drawing for 100k on the forums on a poll or something like that
