john michales mod application

hello i would like to register for mod.
i have been on the server for a while but for a while have been inactive and now im back and i think it would be nice if i could get mod.
i am a respectful person sometimes i can have my moments but who doesn't. i can be on the server from times 3-8 PM.
just one thing i need to work on.
-learning the commands since this will be my first time as mod on a server.

For my self, I would say definently no. You have spammed on the server twice after I told you not to, and another person. YOU were right there. For that, you earned my 1 week ban, or more so, if I added a few numbers. But still, you have spammed, you got banned. And this WAS today, so you posted an application, yet you broke a rule and got banned?
