New Loading Screen help?

Hello, just wanted to say that I like the loading screen but I am a design freak and can work InDesign and the Adobe suite well. I wanted to offer my help to use all the same verbiage, or others, and create a quite fine, pro loading background.

Would you all care for some help(Bob specifically)? I can make some mockups.

I always wanted to be in the loading screen like that one time...All the main staff were on it but me QQ sadface.

Other than that there should just be a time where all the staff member's favorite playermodels are in the loading screen with their names labeled. To pick you can just let the SA pick first, Admins pick second, and then Operators pick last.
