Update to 2.4.2

Okay so since apparently when I tried to add the Stealth Unit the database got corrupted AGAIN and so everyone lost their money AGAIN,

I decided that DRP 2.4.1 could go suck a big limp dick and that we'd get 2.4.2 svn instead

Now it's late as shit and I'm going to bed, it's still in default settings but don't worry I got all the old shit like jobs and food and all that saved so I'll get to add them back whenever
