Metal Scraps conversion

I was thinking that many people get metal scraps due to the drop rate and so i thought it would be nice if it could be converted into rubies or other gems, since they don't have much use atm

i like the little picture
but yeah i was planning on making metal scraps more useful
right now their #1 use is making ammo on the fly for any gun you want, nifty
and then you have some other garbage filler uses like alt skills and emerald sound change or just pawning them at the gem market for automatic money
