Navi is lonely

Now I was smart to already help you with the down-side of controlling Navi that if Respected rank (For example) decides to be fat and have Navi only be with me (Lets throw me as an example) and someone else wants Navi to follow them for a while but I decide that as soon as he asks Navi I make Navi just follow me again, then yeah you can take the permission away or just discipline me. But if we are even Respected or Operator we should be responsible enough to not act like faglords with Navi.

well I was gonna just put timer on how long between you can give orders to Navi instead of admins only but again with everything else it just went on top of the pile of "Crap I'll get around to do someday but probably not tomorrow or the day after"
