Control Defences Empty Control Defences

Players buy defences with their money, the defences will ware off in about 5 mins, the defences may include turrets, decreased cap time, and maybe even a land mine launcher, this will make it so if there's 7 cops on one point they won't just run up to it and cap it as easily, making it difficult for that team to capture the point.
