Constant steam crash - Garry's Mod is UNPLAYABLE

---------------------FIXED!!-------------------


So... recently I've been having problems with my steam where my game would just randomly close out of nowhere, no error message, no log, nothing. Then about 5 seconds later steam would stop responding and I'd have to restart my computer to get it working again.

It's been getting worse lately to the point where it does it as soon as I open steam... can somebody who has had this before or know whats up help me please? I really wanna join the server .-.

Did you ticket this to steam?

Yeah, but from previous experiences, steam support don't do shit.
