I Believe that the zombie team is very under-used and needs to be spiced up just a bit, so I think we should start by making the classes a bit more appealing!
Instead of being a giant walking version of a Meatball-Geodude mix, lets be Shrek! In all seriousness, I believe this class would be x200 times better as Shrek and the way it's played would match it perfectly.

I found a hysterical and proper model for this suggestion also.
