FATMAN Replacment

I thought about and I think this could work. To take the new spot of the fatman could be the redeemer from the unreal tournament series. It has around the same damage and can have only have one gem usable on it, the amthyst. Yes kinda seems overpowered but heres the catch, it can only be used once a life and has maybe a recharge or waiting period before it can be shot again. Such as after respawn you have to wait 2 minutes or so to shoot it.
