Anyone know why it's doing this?

I haven't bought anything. Yet i'm being restricted from the market with it saying:
Now i'd be fine to wait the 30 days, but it KEEPS RAISING every day!
Today:
It went up a day even though I haven't done anything.
It even says I made a purchase...
Anyone know why it's doing this?

check credit card/debit card purchases
if they're random purchases not made by anyone that is allowed to use it, change your steam password

What if my dad has used his credit card once to buy a game for me using my account? Does that apply to what you just said?

If you'd click the "read more" on the restriction, if you have a restriction, steam support cannot remove it.
