So this is a bunch of shit that I thought would be nifty for the server. I don't really expect these to be used, but figured I'd lay these on the table anyways.

Maps:

The Entire Half-Life 2: Survivor Map Pack http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=169894417 (Alright, lemme break this down for you. Half-Life 2: Survivor was a Japanese port of Half-Life 2, only in Japan's arcades. The game was (at best) mediocre and team-based, and is up for download for all to play at the Facepunch threads. However, the maps were pretty god damned cool. There's a fair amount of team deathmatch or deathmatch maps with AI nodes and ammo resupply stations (with partially respawning ammo!) and three mission maps, which are scripted maps much akin to the infamous/famous Bobtown Zombie Mission. The first mission map involves traversing and effectively dispatching halls of Metro Cops and Combine. The second mission map places a squad in charge of destroying Zombie Houses that continually spawn zombies. The third map involves fighting what could possibly be a largely buffed antlion guard. Haven't played it yet.
WARNING: IT IS IMPERATIVE YOU DON'T USE THE FATMAN, REDEEMER, OR ANY OTHER MASS-EXPLODING DEVICE ON THE MISSION MAPS. THE MAPS WILL MOST LIKELY BREAK.

When used altogether, these three will work quite cohesively. LW Shared Textures allows people to see the god damned Quad Bikes. And the Sit Anywhere Script (that allows people to sit on any flat surface they choose, rendering vehicle chairs useless) will allow them to sit on the back of the Quad Bike. However, seeing as how vehicle chairs are weaponized, it would be better to weld those onto the back of the quad bike--say, having one crim drive and another crim shoot. However, this would only work well on larger maps.

I recommend any of you interested try this addon out in Sandbox before you even CONSIDER putting it on the server (which is highly unlikely, but still worth a try)

Other ideas:
- Take Blind and Laser-Sight sapphire mods and fuse them together into one sapphire mod, Tactical. Disables aiming down the sights and reduces damage, but increases hip-fire accuracy and reload.
- Team colored grenades from grenade launchers and SAM launchers? Works the same way as mine-thrower.
Legendary Emerald weapons. An idea in the making, and will be constantly updated with new ideas/thoughts on how it should work. A genre of weapon that rivals Legendary Ruby. Still has the same ammo consumption as legendary ruby, but with a few twists. Legendary Emerald weapons would probably have 1.5x magazine size, fire GREEN lasers, have an 11% damage de-buff, but penetrate through targets. The recoil would most likely be 10-20% higher than the base weapon from which it was modded, but the reload would automatically skyrocket to 1.7x. All guns with handling >50% would get a 10% handling buff. HOWEVER, this will cost you six emeralds, three scrap, and a ruby. An Emerald Vat is probably going to be the mode of choice if these weapons were to be made. Details are subject to change at any time.
- A Scar-Face unique called 'RK-EM-UP' which is burst fire and fires three rows of three shots at the target. Moderately slow fire-rate and 0.7x reload time, but generally high DPS and Corrosive/Bullet only.
- XP bonus for capturing a transit point?

The map with the water would be laggy for some people. The HL2 surviors seem dumb. I like the snowed in though.

If I recall, many people had lag from the other water map, N.L.O. might just make Garry's mod for some people immediately crash on joining.
Ravenholm, City 14, Snowed In, and Antarctic Hospital look pretty good, dunno about the warhammer 40k and Forest Forts.
I've played on servers with quad bikes, they're cool. But maybe just use them on maps like Mojave and other spacious maps. The sit anywhere script is a great one, it isn't server shattering
The new player models are interesting, could replace some current ones to make them better looking
holy shit the fucking defense solutions are awesome, add dis pl0x this is the best suggestion of all of them so far!
The HL2 Survivor pack could be used when players on the server want some good ol' team deathmatch on a map designed for it
I think overall a lot of these are pretty good cheers

I really like the snowed in map, it reminds me of the movie The Thing and The Shining. And about the playermodels and other defensive stuff, I think I've heard Bob say he doesn't want to make the join time any longer than it has to be. Oh yea and the Counterstrike models we have now, most people have CS:S. Otherwise cool ideas m8
