How long have you been on the server:
548 hours, first joined February 10th last year then rejoined around December last year. I got Operator on July 11th.

Why do you think you qualify?
This is probably the most active and friendliest servers in Gmod. When I get on I see people actually having conversations in chat or building constructive things around the plaza. Unlike other servers where its eat or be eaten  . This is why I want to further my position on Bob's. I believe I qualify for admin because I have a somewhat long history I suppose. I'm a generally nice guy all around and most people like me. I work at a grocery store called HyVee (you'll know it if you live in Midwest America). At HyVee they have a strict conduct of discipline and how much shit you can take from customers. Being at the front lane on a register I get hit with shit every day, but I still give a "smile in every isle". This about me shows that I am respectable and loyal to the rules and directions. Last year I worked at El Ranchero when I was fifteen years old (I had to get a workers permit to work there). All of the staff there spoke Spanish and very little English. I was so dedicated about working and keeping a good record that I continued to work there for another nine months. I love to help people and I believe I am very good at it too. When people send help through admin chat I drop whatever I'm doing to help.

Additional info: I used to be an admin on VoidGaming 1942 RP and I usually wont be able to get on Fridays since I usually work then. But weekdays are my main times to be on.

Never broke any rules, is on at a good rate, gets the job done when needed.

Never does anything wrong (on purpose). And can bring an easy smile on my face. A great example for the community.
Can also well-handle duties as a staff member.
