You're not ready. You've demoted too many times in my opinion and screw around more than I actually see you do something. Not holding a grudge, but that map change situation, I had proper justification to do what I did and after saying the final word you wouldn't stop. Besides that I don't find you serious when it comes to a promotion. For instance " I deal with shit well" or " I help test new shizzles". Be serious and be mature.
