Coach or Instructor

When I'm on I see a bunch new people joining and being not too good at fighting or not knowing what to do. If there was like a staff position like server greeter that could teach the ropes and play alongside with the new player this would add more of a chance to them staying and having a better time. This could also be a server greeter's job going further into helping the new player, like following them around, answering questions etc. Just to help out new people.

Well yeah ideally server greeters could do that too, but the problem is, THEY CAN'T EVEN FUCKING GREET

Well maybe yeah when I greet I tell people that if they have any questions they should ask me or other players. I know blazing plays with new people to show them stuff like capturing points, guns and general fighting stuff.

Alright well once the server gets more greeters, this could be implemented?

As soon as we get good greeters. But I don't think there would be a custom rank just for coaching. Like bob said, server greeters-anyone that's good-can coach anyone. Would mostly be a job for greeters.
