New to this whole staff things, please give me pointers!

Kid joined back after leaving 3 times during a temp ban vote session, so I perm bannened him.

Ban for 7200 minutes for leaving an admin situation? A little extreme. And also when they leave you are still able to ban them if the majoraty of the vote is "yes", you just have to accept it even if they already left.

If you want pointers, lower your ban times for reasons like that unless he actually did something major that made that time necsesary. That's like banning a new guy that doesn't know what he's doing for 7200 minutes for one RDM.

My point is, your able to freeze him when you bring him back, you could do that you know..
