Why do you think you qualify? I played more than 300 hours and I know most of the rules by now. I have handed out many needed kicks along with explaining what the fuck is going on in the server. I like playing the server along with being staff and would like to be premoted so I can deal with bigger problems when needed without calling a admin in.

GSR Follows the rules and knows how to have fun and not to be a stuck up asshole and he's been kicking out minges, rule breakers and douchebags,
Only thing I had to clear with him was Zombie rules a few times.

I'd like to see you express more tact and diplomacy with people tho.

Yes maybe they're idiot and rulebreakers, BUT you should always be the better man in these situations.

Honestly Bob is right with this, I agree that you do NEED more training with your reasoning and not kick people because of the reason "Nigger" Or "Jewbaby" It's funny and even I do it when I get lazy and or just annoyed with the person, but that does not mean you need to follow in those foot steps. So first of all
Deal with situations more carefully and also with responsibility, take caution with your actions, also stop fucking nuking shit.

Two, I'll be watching you (Not to say I already have been in the first place!) And inspecting better progress from you.

Other then that my decision will be very minimal support and undecided until you fix these errors.

Also don't be too much of a dick to people as well, I have just as much paitence as you do and I'm doing just fine.
