Death menu pop-up Empty Death menu pop-up

So I was playing for a bit as a marine, and the fact your weapons you spawn with are random caught my eye. So then that made me think a bit. What if there was a menu that pops up when you die, similar to the motd, unless bob wants to do commands like perks and circulators.

Basicly what the menu will do is:

Give you minimal stat changing capabilities (minimal so that you don't see a sweeper with a shit ton of speed)

Spawn with specific weapons

Selecting certain skills (bob will have to make multiple skills for one class for this one to work well)

Move the control point spawning here for easier spawning.

And a lot of other shit you use when you die.

I know you can change skills, but it would be easier on a menu like the motd.

Not sure what to think of this. Sure, it'd be cool to have a spawn menu like this, but wouldn't people be standing in spawn for 4-7 minutes trying to get the right loadout? Why not have the option to set loadout presets, to make the whole thing easier?

Are you talking about a menu like we had on 2.0 except less things to mess with?

I'm not sure what the 2.0 menu was like.

Basically a bunch of buttons instead of command you have to type for perks, circs and specific weapons instead of random ones.

Speaking of random weapons, I'd like it if bob would bring back the random gun.

yeah 2.0 was like that but making a decent and practical interface takes almost longer than coding what it controls, just the ONE main menu for 2.0 took me like weeks to make

Yeah, I looked at the 2.0 menu and it looks pretty cool. If you added perks and circulators on there along with weapons and other stats, that would be awesome.
