Nutcracker - Legendary/unique Sugestion
Explosive/Area Of Affect Style Weapon

Shoots some kind of sticky nade, sticks to a player causing them to ooz gass. It work sorta like witch but the gass would sorta trail behind the player for a few seconds causing little sections of the map to be cut off. Sorta like a gassy trail that does damage. If they player loses all his health then the player cracks/explodes open causing little nades to burst out. (Kinda like when a cluster nade explodes.)

I think it should have 2 shots per clip, you cannot fire the a second shot untell the first shot has exploded. You should be forced to have the weapon out while the nade is active, meaning you cant swap weapons to get a kill.

It's not a bad idea but the problem with those "shoot a guy and he'll hurt others as a result" kind of weapons, like lightning and meltdowner, is that 90% of the time you'll shoot someone who's just all by himself, so...

Maybe make it have 2 fire modes, a tripple shot mine mode maybe. Shoots really small nuts about 1 foot apart each that stick to the player and explode shortly after. This wouldn't be as situational, it would be comparable to the mine launcher.
